1) 10 Franchises.
2) No divisions.
3) No playoffs
4) 16-week season.
5) Double win/loss system,
a) Top 5 scores during a high
low week get a win, bottom 5 scores get a loss
b) In the event that the 5th
and 6th highest scores are the same, both teams get a tie.
c) High
/ low weeks will be in weeks 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16.
d) Play every team twice. Weeks
3, 6, 11, & 14 you will play
2 teams. No high/ low those weeks.
e) Play
two knockdowns in week 8 and 16 & high/ low.
6) Winner of the league will be
determined by best overall winning percentage.

ii) Head to head regularly

8) Each league at the start of
each season will determine entry fee and each franchise owner will have input
as to the fee each year. Fees can be changed only with a majority vote of the
franchise owners.
9) Loss and drop/add fees will
be determined by each league and can be changed only with a majority vote of
the franchise owners
10) Payment for all fees will be due the on the 1st
of each month.
11) Franchise owners must keep their accounts current in
order to be afforded the opportunity to do drop/adds.
12) Each league will decide upon
prize distribution at the start of each season.
13)
No changes can be voted upon once the draft
order has been set.
14)
Due to recent circumstances,
I must inform you that rules 10 & 11 will be strictly enforced.
